Leadership Communication for Maximum Impact: Storytelling

Earlier this year, I signed up for Coursera Plus to gain competitive Professional and Hard Skills to build upon my academic Masters and research methodological training.

I enrolled in my first specialization, Organizational Leadership, by Northwestern University this January. As I work towards completion of this specialization, I'm going to be sharing some of my key takeaways that I learn.

I'm excited announce the completion of my first Coursera and Northwestern Course, Leadership Communication for Maximum Impact: Storytelling.

This course provided a great overview of ways to develop personal and organizational brand stories which will serve as the underpinning of key organizational communication and crisis management.

Key Takeaways from Leadership Communication for Maximum Impact: Storytelling.

  1. Know your Brand & Conduct Brand Audits

  2. Adopt Audience-Centric Communication

  3. Plan for the Unplanned. Develop Crisis Management Plans and Strategies for Quickly Addressing Unplanned Events.

Stay tuned for more insights on Organizational Leadership from Northwestern.
